The Chakra’s are the energy sources in our bodies, with the situations and stress in our everyday life it is not uncommon for them to become out of balance. Starting at the Root I work up the body (seven chakra’s) directing energy to them for clearing and balancing. It is believed when chakra’s are balanced the stale energy from the body is removed, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area. The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind.
Root –Foundation, issues around money, safety, security, family
Sacral – Your appetite and desires, your self worth
Solar Plexus– Control and will power
Heart – Love, Relationships, including forgiveness for others.
Throat – Thoughts or beliefs of spoken or written communication
Third Eye – Window to Spiritual Vision
Crown – Connection to Higher Self, Universal All Knowing and God
